 eva ~ so great to hear mention of the infamous Galleri 500. my aunt, Cyoakha O'Manion (formerly Cook E Brown) founded the gallery in the Green House building, above where we'd later find Umbra Penumbra coffeehouse. Plazm magazine was up there for a long time, too. i guess G-500 was my first artistic showing in Portland. i performed in an improvisational performance/music piece there in about 1992, with music by Gary Irvine (now in 3 Leg Torso). wow. thanks for the memories.i love the look of richard's piece as photographed here, too.--Tiffany Lee Brown
