Mississippi Records, Wyrd War, and The Hollywood Theater partnered to bring Penelope Spheeris to Portland in 2015 to screen all three of the Decline of Western Civilization movies, to celebrate their release on DVD and their culutral impact.
Eric Isaacson interviewed Penelope and her daughter Anna Fox on stage.
