A recent concert in Portland was more than a man on a stool playing protest songs. Thought there was plenty of that too. This led me wonder, what was Jesse Welles musical journey like before his skyrocketing stardom?
I'll attempt to unpack his influences while taking you on a sonic journey through grunge, hard rock, folk and even some short prose.
