With perhaps the largest/most cohesive urban Native community in the country, Minneapolis had a major role in Indigenous resurgence in the second half of the 20th century, and continues to be a thriving center of Native American culture, politics and entrepeneurial activity.

Second Wednesday co-host Jacqueling Keeler has been covering the Minneapolis/St. Paul Native community during the current upheavals over the police killing of George Floyd on her Pollen Nation Magazine Podcast.
