Following the investigation of American-Mexican border musician Heriberto Montes de Oca (Aristeo), a pioneer in the area.
Tuesday I met with his son Aristeo Montes de Oca in Eugene at a parking lot, who gave me unedited material from his dad: twelve tapes and a box full of CD's and movies, most of them unknown to me!.
Thak you so much Aristeo!.
Among them was Morphosis in Blue, a fantastic home-made, hand-written tape with cover by his daughter Lhena, that will be aired this evening.
Also some solo keyboard recordings from 2002, obviously aired for the first time, please enjoy this fantastic music!.
