In August the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is expected to issue an initial assessment of the impact of a Liquid Natural Gas re-gasification terminal on the Lower Columbia River. Aside from the environmental risks, some Oregonians are beginning to wonder if the state will receive much of the gas once the facility is operational.
