It's Christmas Day, and no matter what holiday you celebrate (or don't celebrate), we've got some fun, feisty, and festive music coming your way. The first hour of the show is all holiday tunes, then we get back to the "regular stuff" in Hours 2 and 3.
Featured Goddesses This Week:
HOUR 1: Bringing you the coolest holiday tunes like S.J. Tucker's "Feast Of Krampus", I, Doris' "Merry Menopause", Lovely Hoffman's "A Kwanza Song", and the Regrettes' cover of "Marshmallow World". Plus Pomplamoose, So Good, HYRRS, Toxic Frogs, Celtic Woman, and more.
HOUR 2: Karen & the Sorrows - Formed in 2011 by the talented Karen Pittelman, Karen & the Sorrows' sound is catchy, twangy, and lots of fun. Great representation of queer country music.
HOUR 3: The Continental Co-ets - 60s girl garage band formed while the girls were teenagers attending Fulda High School in Minnesota.
Goddess Obscura is a 3-hour long show that airs on the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month (late Sunday night) at midnight.
