National Forests Rule Change
The National Forests are currently being managed under rules made in 1982. These rules are now being revised, and a coalition of major conservation groups want Presidetn Obama to push for stronger rules to protect wildlife, national resources, as well as public access to the forests.
KBOO's Evan Tenanbaum, in collaboration with the Oregon News Service, brings us the story.
