Senator Frederick discusses the new 12-member BIPOC caucus and proposed legislation for police accountability and criminal justice reform. The list of bills introduced during the 2021 legislative session includes reforms to Measure 11 mandatory sentencing laws (HB2002) and allowing prisoners to vote (SB571).
