Sekoynia here for 'EarToTheStreets Of Portland' (ETTS) (1st and 3rd Thursdays 8:00pm - 10:00pm) on KBOO Community Radio. Want to give a few words to say: THANKS to ALL of YOU who support KBOO radio, we have been able to maintain programming through-out this whole COVID-19/Stay-At-Home orders that has swamped the nation and around the world. As all other KBOO radio programmers, I have had to figure out how to keep bringing underground/grassroots music to the airwaves, especially with limited equipment that would have otherwise been readily available at the KBOO radio station...which has been closed for human interaction for five (5) months and going...
Instead, EarToTheStreets for the past 2 months have been of ETTS rebroadcasts of past programs, and EarToTheStreets has been airing since April 2014 for six years! THAT is plenty enough program to go over and to bring back, perhaps, better times. Please tune-in and take time to listen to the SMOOTH TUNES EarToTheStreets has to offer!
ALSO! Be on the look-out for our KBOO Fall Membership Drive starting September 1st.We will have two (2) months to raise 80,000.00. And yes, we understand the current times we are ALL in.
