Bright Spark #2: Operationalizing Harm Reduction.

In this episode we interview Erin Haas, a long time volunteer and advocate for harm reduction services and drug users. For the last few years Erin has been the assistant director in the office of Overdose Prevention at the Maryland Department of Health. We asked Erin to talk to us about bringing harm reduction into government work.
