VJ here. I'll be sitting in for Ed, who has a prior engagement. This Pastures of Plenty will be playing music from the Canadian Maritimes. That's Prince Edward Island (PEI), New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia - home to Cape Breton Island, which has its own distant style.
Lots of music about ships and the sea, and not a small amount of Scots celtic influenced music - even some vocals in Gaidhlig. And lots from Cape Breton Island. I hope you'll tune in, or check out the show after the fact.
