Who Builds Your City???

Have you ever thought about who builds your city? Sharon Maxwell is a local construction contractor who just won the contract to help renovate and build out Portland Community College's Cascade Campus on North Killingsworth Street. How many other Black women have achieved that? Also in the studio is Eric Island, Program Coordinator for many parts of these upgrades, and on the Planning Team for Good In The Hood.  We'll talk about who builds our city, how Contractors are chosen for projects around town, and how they're both involved in Youth Apprenticeship Programs in Social Justice Issues, Leadership Training, Job Skills, and Education.
