City-Wide Food Scrap Compost Program Approved
The Portland city Council approved a city-wide food-scrap compost program today. Composting will begin on October thirty-first throughout the city of Portland. KBOO’s Jenka Soderberg spoke with Bruce Walker in the Portland Bureau of Planning and sustainability about the program.
