We welcome Earth Day (actually tomorrow) with a track from Neil Young live in Portland's Waterfront Park in 1993, the final collaboration between Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel, a recently released Hendrix outtake, Loudon Wainwright III live on the BBC, Dee Dee Bridgewater singing in Malian and Samantha Crain singing in Choctaw, and classics from Marvin Gaye, Dionne Warwick, Laura Nyro, Thomas Dolby, Tracy Nelson with Mother Earth, and more. Then, we share a set of soul giants like Etta James, Darlene Love, Bettye LaVette, and others covering tunes by Springsteen, Young, The Doors, The Eagles, and Prince.
