Bill Resnick interviews with Jeremy Brecher in part 3 of a 3 part series on the climate crisis. As climate change denial dies, corporate and left programs are emerging with radically different ways for saving humanity from still accelerating global slow roasting. On Monday’s Old Mole Bill and Jeremy examine the left and corporate programs, pointing out that the corporate program amounts to predation on the Federal budget (resembling how the military industrial complex milks the taxpayer) and why the left program, featuring collective effort democratically organized, is superior and much more likely to succeed.   Jeremy Brecher co-founded the Labor Network for Sustainability, written some 13 books including the classic book Strike, that chronicles worker uprisings that have punctuated U.S. history and transformed the country. His latest book Save the Humans: Common Preservation in Action is about how social movements arise and how they change the world.
