Sister Talley is a Region 5 representative for the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists and recently retired as the  Secretary-Treasurer  of the Ohio AFL-CIO. Our broad discussion with Sister Talley covers how to mobilize constituency group voters, her views on how to address the twisted concept of Critical Race Theory and how  to re-engage Black workers and  their votes to protect their communities.
