On this episode of the Gap, Tammy and Althea start by talking about some of the preliminary results of the 2020 Census. We talk about adding congressional representatives and the upcoming redistricting process. The Census data has something to tell us about demographic change in the past ten years, and redistricting is all about looking ahead for the next ten.

Then, we talk about good faith discussion and how to set yourself up for success. It's important to check in with yourself and come with intentions. Get curious about your language usage and its implications.
