KBR Lawsuit Immunity

 

Defense contractor Kellog, Brown & Root is on Trial for poisoning Oregon National Guard veterans.  
Documents shown yesterday in a Portland Courtroom reveal information about an ultimatum delivered to the pentagon by KBR within days of the 2003 Iraq invasion.
