Portland City Council votes to challenge a recent FCC ruling regarding cell phone tower construction
The Portland City council voted unanimously this morning to challenge a recent ruling by the F-C-C regarding cell phone tower construction.
The ruling imposes a mandatory “shot clock” that shortens the time available for the city council to process permit applications from cellular companies.
