Bill Resnick continues his conversation with Lynn Adelman, a Federal Judge in the Eastern District of Wisconsin, whose essay "The Roberts Court Assault on Democracy" will appear in the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. Part 1 last week examined the Roberts Court's undermining of voting rights. Part 2 here demonstrates how the Court's pro-corporate decisions are creating such extremes of inequality that democratic institutions become inoperative and lose support.
