In the second of a three part interview, Bill Resnick and Kristian Williams continue their discussion about how to relate to the police, neo-fascists, and the antifas, particularly how to confront the police, limit their authority, and dismantle them. Most importantly they discuss how to keep police from joining with the far right and its military supporters in declaring martial law and seizing power in the event of future economic/environmental crisis.
