The Portland Sustainability Committee started in 2010 and is responsible for the stewardship of the City's Comprehensive Plan, Climate Action Plan and Zoning Code.
The council- appointed committee met this week to work on Mayor Wheeler’s Residential Infill Project, or ‘RIP’.
Wheeler’s RIP proposal has drawn citizen complaints regarding housing equity and the openness of the process.
