On this episode of the Food Show I'll be talking with Adam Federman, author of Fasting and Feasting: The Life of Visionary Food Writer Patience Gray. Adam talks about how Patience impacted a generation of food writers and chefs through her life and writing. He also talks about the making of her most famous book "Honey from Weeds."
I'll also be talking with Marisha Auerbach for the monthly garden segment. Marisha has some last minute tips to get the garden ready for winter. She'll also be hosting a food forest workshop and will give us a brief tutorial on what that entails.
For the second half of the Food Show we'll be turning it over to Food Sleuth Radio. In this episode, dietitian Melinda Hemmelgarn helps listeners "think beyond their plates," connect the dots between food, health, and agriculture, and find food truth.
