Tonight's edition of A Different Nature looks at works released on Leaving Records: a Los Angeles-based label run by Matthew David McQueen and Jesselissa Moretti. Founded in 2009, Leaving Records made cassettes for the neoteric/beatscene/new age experimental set; a partnership with Stones Throw Records opened up their distribution and imprint possibilities.
Becky and guest host Devin will sear your earholes with heady dronescapes and other genre defying new music from artists such as Matthewdavid, Laraaji, dak, BANANA, ~j~, and others.
