Host Rabia Yeaman interviews Brian Christian, co-author of the new book "ALGORITHMS TO LIVE BY: The Computer Science of Human Decisions. We'll talk about how hard science can improve many aspects of our lives and decision making.

We'll also talk with Shawna Scott about the upcoming Open Source Bridge Conference this June 21-24, 2016 at the Eliot Center in downtown Portland. Open Source Bridge is a volunteer-run conference focussing on open source technologies and bringing the diversity of people who use them together.
