Recent releases from Norwegian artists

The highlight of tonight's show is a half hour peice from a new album "Celadon" on Important Records. "Celadon" was perfomed in an Oslo mausoleum by Maja SK Ratkje, Jon Wessltoft, Camille Norment and Per Gisle Galaen, and is decribed as "a work of slowly evolving beauty that gradually unravels its meditative design" and "a bold, striking and deceptively ferocious artistic statement that is like absolutely nothing else" .
               To complement this work, we will listen to some other recent releases that feature Norwegian musicians, for two hours of dissonant drones, strange soundscapes and other odd ambiences.  Hosted by Rolf.
