Rising Tide calls for activists to "Flood the System"

Organized through decentralized and mutually supportive local groups, Rising Tide takes a bottom-up approach to connecting the dots between colonialism, corporate power, climate disruption, social justice, and biocentrism. Starting this fall, Rising Tide is calling for mass actions to "Flood the System," to end oppression and promote a profound social transformation.  How about here in Portland?
