This month we'll hear from Kristin Ohlson, author of The Soil Will Save Us, How Scientists, Farmers and Foodies are Healing the Soil to Save the Planet.  To follow up on the subject of soil we'll speak with Richard Setnick, of Dick's Kitchen about how sustainable ranching contributes to the health of the soil.  We'll hear from Andrew Barton and Peter Schweitzer from Secret Restaurant about their new project.  We'll also hear from Annie Moss from Seastar Bakery about the unique business she has running in NE Portland.
