Founder Perry Gruber discusses Copiosis, an alternative socio-economic system
Is there a way to end wealth disparity, poverty, unemployment and crime? Could society function without debt, credit, banks, taxes or even money? What about guaranteed access to health care, housing, education, food and clothing--for everyone--at no cost to the recipient? According to Portlander Perry Gruber all of this is possible if we'd embrace a socio-economic innovation called Copiosis. Furthermore, it would spur us to be helpful to one another and to stop polluting the planet. Founded by Gruber in 2013, Copiosis faces enormous challenges, but interest has been growing around the world. Find out more, and call in with your own questions and comments (503-231-8187).
Perry Gruber Perry Gruber is a social entrepreneur, professional speaker, and co-founder of several startups, including Crowdfunding Mojo, a reality series TV Pilot and Documentary Weekend, a guerrilla film-making event. Several other members of Copiosis will also be participating, including Ray Curtis of Portland, Erica Charlesworth, event coordinator and Chico demonstration project lead, and Lynne Haskell, also of Chico. Hosted by Stephanie Potter.
