Portland Youth Builders
Students from Portland Youth Builders alternative high school provide their
perspective on incarceration. They share stories and experiences about
friends and loved ones behind bars. They also take a look at what is going
on with the disproportionate numbers of people of color spending time in
jail for non-violent offences.
