Interview with IPR Director Constantin Severe

KBOO's Sam Bouman interviews Constantin Severe, Director of the Independent Police Review Division of the City Auditor's Office about the role of the IPR in police disciplinary procedures and the reforms to the IPR. The City Council was set to vote on the reforms yesterday, but after a threat by Daryl Turner, president of the police union, to file an unfair labor practices complaint if the council approved the measures, the vote was postponed until January 8.
