KBOO Neighbors Fight Vandalism

Is it vandalism or is it art?  You might see examples of graffiti art on abandoned buildings, street signs, or dumpsters, and not think too much about it.  But imagine if you came to work one day and someone painted your entire car, including the windshield.  Now imagine if this had been happening every month for the last six years?  That's what happened to a truck just around the block from KBOO.  Stage and studio producer Dmae Roberts was walking her car when she saw the owners trying to scape off paint from their windshield.
