Ongoing Labor Dispute at Mount Hood Community College

Mount Hood Community College's full-time faculty has been locked in an ongoing labor dispute with the school's administration.  The teacher's union is holding a strike vote this evening.  Today I spoke with Dave Shields, a former teacher and current board member for the college, and Sara Williams, a current faculty member and the bargaining chair for the faculty association.  Here's Sara Williams responding to the impact a strike will have.
