Once again we present Katherine Dunn reading excerpts from The Father Christmas Letters by J.R.R. Tolkien. From the mid 1920s to the start of World War 2 Proffessor Tolkien would write letters as Santa Claus for his children would find on Christmas morning. Over the years the adventures and misadventures of Father Christmas, his assistant The North Polar Bear, and the other resisents of The North Pole become more envolved, and at one point Tolkien thought of wrting then up for publication. Also featured will be some holiday music and a couple of other Christmas themed stories.
