Douglas Wolk is an award-winning journalist, author, and pop-culture critic who's written about comics and music for The New York TimesRolling StoneVanity Fair, and The Nation.  His books include James Brown's Live at the Apollo and Reading Comics: How Graphic Novels Work and What they Mean.

For his new book All of the Marvels: A Journey to the Ends of the Biggest Story Ever Told, Douglas chronicled every major storyline over nearly five decades of Marvel comics, introducing readers to what he calls "the longest continuous, self-contained work of fiction ever created."
