Saludos mi gente!! Tonight, on our dancing trip, we are in tribute to the roots of our dancing tropical rhythms. In particular, we are in the south american regions along the Equator, to raise the languages of all who are the roots of our musical identities. They may be still fighting to be heard, but our indigenous/african-rooted/non-spanish-portugese-speaking peoples are an integral part of our history. So a big round of applause to all my wayuu, palenqueros, quechua, yanomami peoples…..
