On this episode of the Gap, Tammy and Althea start by discussing updates from our main story last week, the police disinformation campaign against Commissioner Jo Ann Hardesty. The president of the police union resigned related to the "mistake," a police commander was caught on camera (in uniform!) campaigning against Multnomah County DA Mike Schmidt, and Don't Shoot PDX got federal sanctions against the PPB for "less lethal" weapon use.

We also discuss tax season, stimulus money, and how to get yours even if you're houseless or do not regularly file taxes (see resources below).

Then we talk to our listeners about practices they've adopted to treat themselves a little bit nicer. Tammy goes camping! Althea drinks fresh coffee! Arthur got needed medical help! Sonia and Linda say nice things in the mirror! John buys quality socks!
