Corporate globalization, health inequities, consumerism, and the queer imagination.

Denise Morris hosts this show about things moles, ordinary people, are doing to "root that mountain down"-- the mountain of oppression and exploitation.  We hear about people in Portland getting ready to join in the US Social Forum; about a big conference in Vancouver, WA challenging inequities of class and race around health issues;  about queer folk organizing to get over the fixation on the bourgeois institution of marriage; and about the dangers to our world and our lives from all the stuff we make and consume.
