Episode Three - URAL THOMAS

Ural Thomas has been a fixture in North Portland since he came home from participating in the big time (opening for Otis Redding and James Brown at the Apollo, for instance) and deciding it wasn't for him. He came home in 1970.From there, he made records, had a weekly all ages neighborhood jam, and lived a satisfying life. He met Eric Isaacson in 2003, and that's where this story starts.
