The December show will get you thinking about serving others, plant breeding, and when to plant your next fruit tree. On the show, Dinae Horne will talk about what it’s like to go from running a restaurant to running the meal program at St Francis Dining Hall. Lane Selman of the Culinary Breeding Network will share about her work and the Radicchio Expedition 2020. April Jamison of Garden Ecology will teach us about fruit trees and winter pruning. Oh, and you’ll learn how you can become part of Team Underpants!
