Muddy waters community house an employee owned organization says it will close at the end of this week unless it can come up with $10,000 to pay its bills.
Every night this week from 5 pm til 10 pm they will be holding events to raise the necessary funds in order to continue as a resource to the southeast portland community.
Muddy waters is located on southeast 29th and belmont.
KBOO’s David Nochumson spoke with Michael Lynn, one of the co-owners of muddy waters, about their situation and their fund raising events.
