KBOO COMMUNITY CALENDAR TUESDAY November 17th 2009

This is Paula with the KBOO Community Calendar for Tuesday, November 17th 2009.

Tonight at 6:30 pm will be Tales of Wonder and Wisdom: An Evening with Rafe Martin at the Hillsdale Library, located at 1525 S.W. Sunset Boulevard.

An author and a storyteller, Rafe Martin draws on a range of stories that delve deeply into myth and the mysterious realms of the imagination. His stories draw from complex and evocative Irish love tales and myths, original tales of the Animal Dreaming, stories of the Buddhist tradition, eerie Japanese ghostly tales as well as powerful Native American narratives. Join Rafe for an evening of insight and surprises–expect laughter, magic, mystery, love, anguish, and vivid exploration.
