- In the second of a two part interview, Bill Resnick Talks with Heather Gautney author of the book Crashing the Party: From the Bernie Sanders Campaign to a Progressive Movement. Gautney is an activist and writer teaching at Fordham University. She was recently appointed Executive Director of Our Revolution. They discuss movement building in the time of Trump and Sanders.

- Laurie Mercier speaks with Deborah Thorne about the “graying” of consumer bankruptcy—how the shrinking of the social safety net is throwing record numbers of older individuals into economic distress. Thorne is associate professor of sociology at University of Idaho and a principle investigator on the nationally-recognized Consumer Bankruptcy Project. Her research and publications focus on economic inequality generally and debt and consumer bankruptcy specifically.
