Gremlin Time

Froggy the Gremlin was a much beloved character on the 1950’s TV show Andy’s Gang. But during the dark days of the Cold War, he was accused of being a Communist, and subpoenaed by the House Un-American Activities Committee. On tonight’s Ubu Hour, we present a radio documentary on this little-known, and shameful episode in American history.
