 The ten-year old 'roadless rule' of the U.S. Forest Service now protects 58 million acres of forestland from development, almost 2 million of it in Oregon. It’s turned out to have benefits not only for wildlife and water quality, but for the state’s economy. KBOO's Nia Lewis brings us this story, in collaboration with the Oregon News Service:
