Carl Annala is a native Oregonian living in Portland at the foot of Mt Tabor. I am also an arts professional interested mostly in painting and playing guitar! I earned a BFA from PNCA and a MFA from PSU. In the 30 plus years I have lived in Portland I have worn many hats. Carriers like Jeweler, Clerk, Waiter, Cruator, Designer, Manager, and Talent Buyer have come and gone for my but art has been a constant. Music too. Although I have exhibited my art in the portland area since 1985, most of your listeners will know me from my bands like the Hellcows, Ape Grave, Plastic Horn Devil, Eggnapper, Old Paint, Jagula and Hail.
