As pressure keeps building to turn the Pacific Northwest into a major petrochemical export hub, resistance to these projects grows as well. On this episode of Locus Focus, we talk again with Dan Serres of Columbia Riverkeeper about the current status of proposed oil train terminals in Vancouver, Washington and LNG terminals along the Oregon Coast.
