Andrew Bacemich is a political scientist specializing in international relations, security studies, American foreign policy, and American diplomatic and military history. He is currently the George McGovern fellow at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, and he is writing a history of U. S. military involvement in the Greater Middle East.

His most recent book is Breach of Trust: How Americans Failed Their Soldiers and Their Country.
