To start things off we will be joined in studio by pianist/composer Jennifer Wright, co-founder along with Art Resnik, of Piano Bizarro. Jennifer will lead us through a series of recordings from their recent concert.  The evening will also feature pianist Maria Choban (MC Hammered Klavier) who will join us to introduce selections from her concert honoring the 75th birthyear of composer/PSU Professor Emeritus Tomas Svoboda.  From Lewis & Clark College, we will hear selections from the Venerable Showers of Beauty Gamelan in concert with Resonance Ensemble,  and Dunja Jennings (Friends of Rain Ensemble) performs Canadian composer and MMM composer-in-residence James Harley's work for solo bass clarinet. A collaborative effort by CPOP (Contemporary Portland Orchestra Project) & ECCE (Eugene Contemporary Chamber Ensemble) features a work by Frederic Rzewski, plus Terry Riley's "In C".  Also, Cascadia composer Jeff Winslow will join us and present his work for piano, "Ghosts and Machines". And we'll finish the evening with selections from Electric Marzena Land and The Free Marz String Trio.  This year's Free Marz performance included works by Ennio Morricone, James Harley, Iannis Xenakis, Dobrinka Tabakova, and a series of commissions based on Erik Satie's "Tango Perpetuel" Much thanks to MMM founder & Free Marz musical director founder, Bob Priest.    Andy Hosch & Daniel Flessas co-host tonight.
